What this is

Pocket Advisor lets you ask questions of AI advisors built from the public videos of creators you choose. This page explains what data we handle and what control you have.

What we collect about you

• Your email address: used to sign you in (magic links) and to notify you when an advisor you requested is ready. No passwords are ever created or stored.
• Your questions and conversations: stored so your threads persist and so answers improve over time.
• Context about your business: facts you state in your questions (e.g. what you sell, your revenue stage) are extracted and saved so advice can be tailored to you. You can see and delete every stored fact at any time via "What I know about you" in any chat, and every answer is generated from facts you can inspect.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store only your plan status and Stripe customer reference.

What we collect about creators

When you ask us to build an advisor, we transcribe that creator's publicly posted videos at your direction, and analyze the transcripts to power cited answers. We store transcripts and analysis, not video files. Quotes shown in answers link back to the creator's original post. Creators can claim their advisor profile or request removal at any time: camillablaire@gmail.com. Removal requests are honored promptly and remove the advisor for all users.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of service providers to run the product: Anthropic (AI answer generation), AssemblyAI (transcription), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Railway/Supabase (hosting and database). Your questions and stored context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate answers. We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your data with anyone beyond these processors.

Cookies

One cookie: your sign-in session. No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics cookies.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual context facts in-app at any time. You can delete your entire account, including your conversations, stored context, and email, from the board page ("Delete my account"). Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cancels any active subscription. You can also email camillablaire@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect.
